On Thursday we did some plays with Mr Potter and Mr Grant here is what I think of them.... Play 1:The Santa TRAP ! I think that this play was effective because of the acting and the moving around the stage I really liked this play and I think it was the best. also I liked it when Tessa was getting chased around when she got the good presents. Play 2: Anyone for Sandwiches I did this play it worked really well apart from when I dropped my lunch box lid I think maybe that we needed more practices vacuum or sweep the wasps away. If the wasps are low on energy and crawling around your floors, you can get rid of them by sweeping them out of the door with a broom or by sucking them up with a vacuum cleaner.[1]
It is advisable to do this as soon as spring arrives, and as soon as wasps start coming out of hibernation. They tend to be slow and sluggish, making it easier to catch them and sweep them away.

Wasp killed in trap
Wasp killed in trap
Wasps can be a pest, especially if you’re eating or drinking in the garden and the wasps want to join in.
You can make your own bee safe wasp trap without attracting and killing bees in the process.
Recycle plastic container.
An empty plastci container makes an excellent wasp trap
Cut the top off to make a funnel
Cut the top off to make a funnel
Cut a plastic bottle and turn the funnel up-side-down so it fits inside the container.
Make a funnel to allow wasps to enter
This makes easy access for wasps to enter the narrow hole yet difficult to escape.

When I found out that trump won I got a little scared because I am going to America.
I also think that it was rigged and he also said that it was going to be rigged himself.
I think that he won because America is racist sexist.

I was bewitched in a dark and murky frost I herd eerie like voices I wanted to scream and run away but my feet would not move I couldn't breath.
Suddenly a girl came down from a tree she looked about 16 she came closer she looked at me and I saw that her eyes were ghostly yellow she started laughing her voice fearsome and it carckeld when she laughed. Her face looked menacing. Her face started to shape into a beak I had a spine chilling feeling as I watched her legs grow and grow by then her arms were wings she looked terrifying.
Dear Board of Trustees
What are you doing! We need this education to know how to live out in the wild if we ever get lost we also know how to work in a team when things are hard and when everyone is tired. We also need to learn how to look after ourselves.
When you are reading this I hope you realize that what you are doing is wrong. And that we think that we need this and don't just say that we can do this kind of stuff at school.
A few years ago you said that outdoor education is the best thing that ever happen to this school and you also said that you have really enjoyed having camps at this school, so why change now just because you don’t like the idea.
I also think a camp can be the most amazing thing and unforgettable experience of 1 kids hole life.
I just hope you decide the right thing and you also think about others.
Sincerely Holly.

Water Challenge
The theme of this year’s World Water Day, on March 22, is ‘water and energy’, an important subject I feel deserves more attention, Everyone understands that water is essential to life. But many are only just now beginning to realise how essential it is to everything in life – health, food, energy, transportation, nature, leisure, and virtually all the products used on a daily basis
— RULES FOR THE WATER CHALLENGE! —
1
Fill up a single jug or bottle or pitcher with your daily amount of water (see below) in the morning. (Buy a jug of water & reuse that jug) You must finish the entire contents of your jug before you go to bed that night.
2
Do it for 10 days straight.
3
Finish all of the previous days water before you can start over with today’s water. That jug is your life line! Only water from the jug counts towards your Challenge. (Squeeze real lemons into the water if you like. Or add sliced cucumbers)
4
You can drink additional things. Just minimize the amount of coffee and soda and energy drinks (etc) during the Challenge.
5
Get a group of you to do it together!

The Prince and the Albatross Egg. 1994
The video convince began with a girl from Half Way Bush School explaining the nesting habits at the royal albatross colony at the Otago peninsula.
Prince Charlos arrived and sat down quietly amongst Wellington children and listen. Then he toke a microphone and began asking questions.
"what is the wing-span of the adult albatross"
"Up to 3 .5 meters' they all answered together"
"And how big is a albatross egg"
The dunedin children held one up in front of the television camera. The Prince noted that it was very big - no room for two eggs in a albatross nest
Then came an unexpected royal question
"can you eat a albatross, do you think?"
There was a long silent. no one in Newzeland would think of eating a royal. There are only few nesting pairs and we are carefully protecting them
"But other albatross eggs ? on sub-Antarctic islands where they are common?"
Nobody knew the answer except me I was dying to but in. I had lived on albatross and penguin eggs well teaching on the falkland Islands. huge eggs that fulled a dinner plate, that turned into a transparent jelly when cooked. Eggs with a distinctly fishy flavor.
Today we are going to have to put are fires on look likes the start of winter are starting to show-up. excited about skiing. Still a long way aw Marlborough Sounds:
The crystal clear water reaches for me pulling me under. I dive deeper until the tips of my fingers touch the soft sand at the deep dark bottom of the sea. Slowly the sea starts to wrap me in a blanket of cold water. My toes start to sting I swim upwards. The sea waves pushing me towards the beach as if the sea was alive and it wanted me out. The slimy fish swimming around my legs making them tingle. The old wharf creaking in the wind the warm breeze splashing me with ice cold water .This is my place in the world I love it.
This is where we were staying at camp for a week. We had lots of fun playing spotlight and other games. The three day tramp was hard crossing rivers and other things. But it was still lots of fun. you bet when we got back to are camp we were all very tired.

Still a long way aw
